2019 was definitely the year of the Stallion.

From earning her first top 10 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop charts with “Hot Girl Summer” featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign to taking selfies and partying it up with Beyonce & Blue Ivy —  there’s no denying the fact that Megan Thee Stallion is here to stay. Megan really made her make in the Hip Hop world with the release of her highly anticipated project “Fever”, which debuted No. 10 on the US Billboard 200 charts. The mixtape was such a hit that it was listed No. 11 on the Rap Albums of the Year by HipHopDX. However, Megan just isn’t finished yet.

The Houston rapper is expected to release her debut album in 2020.

In an interview with NPR, she spoke about a new persona by the name of Suga being introduced with the new album. Not much is known about this new character that Megan seems to be exploring throughout her newest album besides the fact that she is best friends with Tina Snow — another alter ego of Megan’s that fans got to listen to in Megan’s 2018 EP “Tina Snow”, which was released in 2018.

When discussing to fans as to what to expect from the album, she explained that she was also interested in showcasing a softer side to her personality — much different from the one who proclaims that you don’t need a man for anything.

The “Money Good” rapper is also expected touch the stage at Coachella.

Yes, you read that correctly –– Megan Thee Stallion is set to perform at one of the biggest music festivals in the world, in front of nearly 500,000 people. A major accomplishment considering the fact that she first emerged in the rap game in 2016.

As of right now there is no official release date for Megan Thee Stallion’s album, but fans are eagerly waiting to see what she has up her sleeve. May 2020 bring nothing but success and signed checks to everyone’s favorite Hot Girl.

What do you hope to see from Megan this year?
